InterContinental Hotels Group is pleased to inform you that the extensive renovation project of the Al Bustan Palace InterContinental Muscat which started earlier this year is progressing well.

The extensive renovation is designed to preserve the hotel’s vibrant and prestigious history which will see the transformation of the public areas, Arabian rooms and Suites, restaurants, beach and garden area, tennis village to incorporate a state-of-the-art gymnasium as well as the development of a new destination spa facility under Six Senses Management.

As you may appreciate, this is more than just a renovation and many of you have been enquiring about the likely reopening date of the splendid Al Bustan Palace. We are now in a position to confirm that the reopening is currently scheduled for mid-May 2008.
