SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT - GSA
JOB:
Responsible for handling airline product from exclusive airline counter, build customer and travel agency support and ensure achievement of sales and revenue budgets.
AGE:
Around 25 to 30 years.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Graduate
Basic IATA/UFTAA Standard (Minimum)/Advanced (Ideal) Courses.
Any other system course, e.g., Sabre, Galileo, etc.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4 years experience as an International Reservation / Ticketing staff in a leading GSA Company or Travel Agency.
Blend of sales (Outdoor) experience preferably of GSA products for at least 2 years.
Experience in handling sub-agency distribution network would be a distinct advantage

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – SALES & MARKETING
JOB:
Part of Travel Management services team managing a portfolio of corporate customers. Would need to build customer relationship and maximise business share. Would also prospect for new businesses and customer accounts. Would be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets.
AGE:
Around 30 - 35 years.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate or above
Management qualification not essential but preferable
Basic and advanced IATA or equivalent and Airline sales and marketing qualifications.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in a reputed Travel Agency.
Direct selling experience, ability to gain new business / customer accounts, maintain customer relationship.
Ability to lead team of outdoor sales and ticketing professionals towards achievement of sales and revenue budgets.
Effective liaison with airlines and other principals and the ability to negotiate rates and incentive schemes.

SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT – RESERVATION & TICKETING
JOB:
Part of Travel Management Services team and responsible for all ticketing and reservation needs of corporate customers as also walk in. Would need to achieve ticketing and revenue targets.
AGE:
Around 25 - 30 years.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Graduate
Basic IATA/UFTAA Standard (Minimum) / Advanced (Ideal) Courses.
Any other system course, eg. Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, etc.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 TO 7 years experience as an International Reservation / Ticketing staff in a leading Travel Company.
Blend of sales (Outdoor) experience as also Travel Agency counter operations would be ideal.
Ability to build and maintain excellent “service oriented” image with Corporate customers coupled with market aggressiveness to be able to generate high sales volume in a competitive market.

JOB:
Profit Centre responsibility for cargo operations. Would need to lead team from the front to achieve ambitious sales and revenue budgets. Would need to offer creative freight forwarding / supply chain solutions to customers.
AGE:
Around 35 - 40 years.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate or above
Additional training relating to cargo handling procedures / DGR / IATA Course on Cargo Marketing or Liner marketing is a must.
EXPERIENCE:
12 to 15 years relevant experience in Cargo sales and operations with Cargo Agencies. Some Airline / Shipping Line experience may also help.
Experience specifically relating to product handling, customer service and operations.
Should be currently heading cargo sales and counter operations overall with a perspective of profit centre responsibility & commercial acumen.

JOB:
Responsible for promoting Cargo sales to corporate accounts, would need to achieve sales and revenue budgets.

  • IATA Basic Cargo handling procedures;

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years front line sales experience in Freight Forwarding viz. Air exports / Sea exports / Air import consolidation / Sea imports / Customs clearance.
Ability to generate business from highly competitive market to meet sales and revenue targets.

CARGO ASSISTANT
JOB:
Would provide cargo services and support as per customer requirements including executing necessary cargo documentation and co-ordination with sales team.
AGE:
Around 24 - 28 years.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate or above
Additional qualifications (any one of the following) would be desirable:
  • IATA Basic Cargo handling procedures;
• IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations - Basic.
EXPERIENCE:
3 to 5 years relevant experience Cargo operations with any Cargo Agency.
Proficiency in cargo documentation, should be familiar with preparation of air waybills and Bills of Lading.
Ability to co-ordinate with airlines/ shipping lines.
Should be able to handle customer service independently.

SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES CONSULTANT – INBOUND TOURS
JOB:
Responsible for sales through inbound itinerary creation, costing and maintaining client files. Would ensure excellent client handling. Would need to achieve sales and revenue targets.
AGE:
Around 25 - 30 years.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate or above
Knowledge of additional European language viz. German, French, Italian, etc. would be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years relevant experience in marketing & sales of inbound tour programmes / itinerary.
Should have handled sales development, tour operator tie-ups out of European markets.
Should be conversant with itinerary costing procedures, quotation preparation + legal requirements of European tour operators.

JOB:
Would be responsible for sales of outbound holiday products to corporate customers as also walk ins. Would need to achieve sales and revenue targets.
AGE:
Around 22 - 30 years.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably Graduate
Basic/Advanced IATA/UFTAA added advantage
Airline Reservation Systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus etc.)
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 to 7 years experience as a Tours Consultant in a leading Travel Agency / Tour Operator company.
Ability to create package modules, costing, quotations, handling VIP clients, corporate visits, presentations, etc.
Knowledge of basic Reservation, Ticketing will be added advantage.
